I have another 100-110 pounds to loose and I plan to reach said goal by 8/1 before my trip to Ecuador. I have set ambitious mini-goals including outings or events that will require a certain amount of strength, courage and focus. As always I give myself the space to alter the goal depending on the actual life events.
