Training Thursday


My March stats are here. I did not hit my 2 hours a day mark. My average was 1.30 a day. I did well. After the Tough Mudder I know I just have one major goal. Train hard for life. This is no longer about training for the next event. Simply because life is the event. I feel better when I am active and I exercise. I love the thrill of trying something new and exploring. So I keep going strong.
